- 1T (15ml) corn flour
- 400g beef, cut into thin strips
- 1T (15ml) lemon juice
- 1T (15ml) soy sauce, reduced sodium
- 3T (45ml) honey
- 1T (15ml) canola oil
- 1 bag with mix salad leaves (baby spinach, butterleaves, and rocket)
- 1 avocado, cut
Dust the corn flour over the beef strips. Mix the lemon juice, soy sauce and honey in a small bowl. Put aside.
Heat a large pan over high heat. Add the canola oil and stir fry the meat until just cooked.
Add the sauce to the pan and simmer until it thickens. Remove from the plate and flavour.
Arrange the salad leaves in a bowl and put the beef strips and avocado on top.
